Location Affinity looks at visitor retail and brand preferences compared to the average resident in the metro area. It describes the likelihood that a visitor would or would not visit certain brands based on their historic visitation to those brands. (Note: May include brands within the property)
Brand affinity scores are calculated by analyzing visitors’ observations at brand locations over the trailing year and comparing that visitation behavior to the behavior of the average resident in the area.
